Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

1. Digital products only

Solcab sells downloadable digital guides, including the Solcab Looksmaxxing Guide. No physical item is shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

Billing information may still be required for payment or tax purposes.

2. Delivery method and timing

Once your order is fulfilled, a separate email containing your download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Your order confirmation acknowledges your purchase; it is not the download email. Delivery is not necessarily immediate.

Any delivery timeframe disclosed before purchase applies. If no timeframe is agreed, we supply the content without undue delay after successful payment, subject to applicable withdrawal-period requirements.

3. File format and compatibility

Unless the product page states otherwise, the guide is supplied in English as a Word document (.docx).

You need internet access and an application capable of opening .docx files. Formatting may vary between applications.

Download and save a personal copy. Permanent hosting of download links is not promised, without affecting our contractual or statutory obligations.

4. Missing emails and technical issues

If your download email has not arrived, check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

For delayed delivery, an incorrect email address, a broken link or a corrupted file, contact fullstocks@proton.me with your order number and purchase email address.

We will investigate and provide a working link, corrected file or another appropriate remedy without additional charge. Your statutory rights concerning non-delivery or defective content remain unaffected.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains cancellation rights and available remedies. This delivery policy does not remove any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights.
