1. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases from this Solcab online store and the use of our digital products. “Solcab”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller operating this store.

By placing an order, you agree to the Terms made available before checkout. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
2. Digital products
We sell digital educational content, including the Solcab Looksmaxxing Guide.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the guide is supplied in English as a downloadable Word document (.docx). No physical product is shipped.
Personal consultations, medical advice, individual treatment plans and subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated.
3. Eligibility and order information
Our guides are intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract and be authorised to use your payment method.
Provide accurate payment and contact information. Contact us promptly if you entered an incorrect email address.
4. Prices and payment
The price, currency and any applicable taxes or additional charges we collect are disclosed before you place your order.
Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.
Purchases are one-time payments unless a recurring arrangement is expressly disclosed and agreed before checkout. We do not add optional paid services without your consent.
5. Order acceptance
An automated order-received email acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send confirmation that your guide is ready for download, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected.
If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will explain it and seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the order where legally permitted. We will not increase an agreed price without your consent.
6. Digital delivery
Your download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order is fulfilled. An order confirmation email is separate from the download email.
Any delivery timeframe disclosed before purchase applies. If no timeframe is agreed, we will supply the content without undue delay, subject to applicable requirements concerning early digital supply and withdrawal rights.
Contact fullstocks@proton.me if the email is missing, the link fails or the incorrect file is supplied. We will provide appropriate assistance and any remedy required by law.
7. Technical requirements
You need internet access and software capable of opening .docx files, such as Microsoft Word or a compatible application. Formatting may vary between applications.
Save a personal copy after downloading. Permanent hosting of download links is not promised, but this does not limit our delivery, conformity, update or other statutory obligations.
8. Personal-use licence
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to download, store, read and print the guide for your personal, non-commercial use. You may complete its worksheets and keep personal backup copies.
You may not resell, publicly upload, redistribute or commercially exploit the guide, or share its download link to distribute copies, without permission from the relevant rights holder.
These restrictions do not prevent uses permitted by applicable law. Third-party content remains subject to its respective ownership and legal protections.
9. Educational content and individual results
The guide contains general information about skin care, grooming, hair care, personal style and everyday routines.
It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, dental advice or an individual care plan. Consult an appropriately qualified professional where your health, medication, allergies or other circumstances require personalised advice.
Do not disregard professional advice or change prescribed treatment based on the guide.
Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee changes in appearance, confidence, relationships or other outcomes. This does not excuse misleading advertising or failure to meet the product description or applicable legal requirements.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains cancellation rights, technical assistance and refunds.
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right, we honour it unless it has validly ended. Accepting these Terms or receiving a download link does not, by itself, waive that right.
Where legally permitted, loss of the withdrawal right requires your prior express consent to supply beginning during the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement that the right will be lost, and any legally required confirmation.
Mandatory remedies for non-delivery, defective content or content that is not as described remain available.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use this website to commit fraud, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or infringe another person’s rights.
Any action taken against misuse will be proportionate and consistent with applicable law. It will not remove valid refund rights or other mandatory protections.
12. Liability
We remain responsible for performing our contractual obligations and meeting applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We do not exclude mandatory guarantees or statutory remedies. These Terms do not make you responsible for our negligence or unlawful conduct.
13. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the Privacy Policy made available on this website.
Purchasing a guide does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The Terms presented when you placed your order govern that purchase.
Later changes do not retrospectively reduce your contractual or statutory rights. Any changes to existing purchases must be legally required or otherwise lawfully agreed.
15. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to fullstocks@proton.me, including your order number and a description of the issue.
Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights, contacting a consumer authority or bringing proceedings before a competent court.
Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
16. Severability
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will not bind you to that extent. The remaining provisions continue where they can lawfully operate independently.
